To be a pro-life Catholic is a task for us all, but also a great gift because we recognize that life is indeed a pearl of great price given to us from the loving hands of our Creator."
We are a people of life, and a people for life. The St. Rose of Lima Respect Life Committee is dedicated to the proclamation that all life is scared from the moment of conception until the end of life's journey. We are committed to our belief that each person is made in the image of a loving God and that all human life is sacred and worthy of our continuing love, support, care, and protection at all stages of life. We pray to change our present culture to a Culture of Life.
The Respect Life Committee holds meetings from
September until June.

January 22nd (Roe vs. Wade - 1973) We oppose this unjust law by encouraging people to join us on our bus to attend the March of Life in Washington D.C. It is a peaceful walk up Constitution Avenue to pray with over 90,000 other seasoned men and women; families with children and the largest group represented, STUDENTS!

May: Mother's Day - At all Masses, we distribute baby bottles to be taken home. Parishioners place their donations in the bottles.
June: Father's Day - Baby bottles are returned. This fund helps single mothers in crisis, education in schools, etc.
